Niall Byrne

MRIAI Architect, Principal Architect & Managing Director

Niall is a registered Architect in Ireland (MRIAI), having graduated from the ‘Architectural Association’ school of Architecture in London & receiving Chartered Status in the UK. Approaching 30 years of experience primarily in the Life Science’s and Commercial sectors, Niall has become recognised as a leading ‘Site Master Planning Architect’ particularly in the Life Science’s & large scale project sectors. His skill set in developing and delivering Site Master Plans along with Concepts explore logical options outside of the usual peripheral vision of many others, resulting in unique solutions, maximising the long term opportunities for large scale land holdings & also for the existing infrastructure on the sites.

Niall has been involved in projects across the world from L.A. to New York, across Europe, in Asia and currently in Australia. These projects have exposed Niall to many architectural experiences, influencing his unique style in designing and planning projects (brown field and green field).

Nina Klimczak

M.Arch, Licenced Architect Lead Architect

Nina is a creative and results-oriented Licensed Architect. Nina graduated with a master degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Cracow University of Technology.

She has gained her knowledge & experience working on projects in various countries across the world including, USA, Europe, Asia & Australia, primarily on large scale multi-discipline projects, within a multinational teams.

Nina has vast experience in the design of highly specialized industrial facilities (pharmaceutical, biotechnology and semiconductors), and is also recognised for her skills in master planning, office buildings and interior design.

Her experience ranges across all aspects of project delivery including SMP, Concept, BOD, Planning, Statutory applications, Detailed Design & Construction Support, however she is most passionate about master planning & conceptual design.

Architecture allows Nina to express her thoughts for her to offer best solutions which can improve quality of life, ensure the safety of its users and elevate the quality of our surroundings and environment.

Michael McGrath

BSc. (Hons) Architectural Technology, Senior Architectural Technologist

Michael is a graduate from the South-East Technological University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Technology. Michael has extensive knowledge in the sectors of Life Sciences, Commercial and Residential sectors. Michael is a senior technologist within the NMB Architects team.

Michael has gained a reputation in ensuring that clients queries and questions are resolved clearly during all stages of a project.

He is also recognised for his communicative & organisation skills ensuring relevant project information flows through all disciplines. Michael is empowered with a depth of technical detailing skills using BIM Software. He has an in depth awareness of current building regulations, driving sustainability to the forefront of every project.

Damian Craddock

B Eng Chartered Engineer MCIBSE Principal HVAC / Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Damian is a Chartered Building Services Engineer, with CIBSE, London. He has over 25 years experience in the Life Sciences sector. His expertise includes HVAC, BMS and Central Plant Utility Systems design, for large greenfield and brownfield pharmaceutical/biotech facilities, in Ireland, the UK, USA and Australia. Having previously worked as a design consultant and also within client capital project teams, he has a wealth of project lifecycle experience. Damian has also completed industry funded, academic research into Energy Efficient HVAC design for Cleanrooms and Laboratories, authoring a number of best practice, HVAC design and technology guides, for the Irish Manufacturing Industry.
